Welcome to the Sea Stories Podcast. In this episode 60 we give a shout out to the USS Paul Hamilton (DDG-60). Then we interview Fire Controlman Chief (retired) DJ Chavez about his Naval service. He gives us the scoop on his ridiculous deployment mustache and what is was like on the 200+ days at see during, what was dubbed as, the corona cruise.

The Crew is fully manned and curious as to what is on the minds of this current generation of Sailors. The Sea Stories gang responds to r/navy comments.

We are working with a skeleton crew here on the Sea Stories Podcast so we decided to take a glance at what was going on in the Navy during our early days of being a sailor by flipping through the August 2000 issue of All Hands Magazine.
