You can go fast or slow. The choice is YOURS!" We can make money, simply by pusing buttons on our phones. If you have an internet connection, you can live anywhere in the world you choose. And you will still have cash flow weekly/monthly as long as you keep "relentlessly" buying/holding assets. After all, what do rich people do? Answer: they buy/hold assets, some of which bring them income! Inflation is the silent financial killer. Too many people retire and miscalculate the devastating effect that inflation will have on their fixed monthly income! If you utilize margin loans, responsibly, in your brokerage account, you can more quickly grow your account balance. These margin loans do NOT show up on your credit report! If you want to drop your car loan balance, "like a rock" then use some of your dividends, to make PRINCIPAL ONLY payments to pay your car loan off much faster than simply making your scheduled monthly payment. Initially, when evaluating a potential investment: Nothing is more important than the yield, the ROI(return on investment), the share price history, the dividend history and dividend schedule (weekly, monthly, quarterly etc.) Have courage today, to pick one thing, and work on your dreams. As an investor we can choose to pay more attention to certain things and ingore other things. We do this on a daily basis. And as investors we can wish that we invested differently in the past. But that doesn't help us today and looking forward. Instead keep your focus on what you can change or do differently today and moving forward. Don't play "the look back game" by saying, "I wish I would have invested..." You can't go back and buy Bitcoin at $700/coin. You can't go back in time and buy gasoline at 65 cents/gallon. Those days have passed us by. Those times are gone and are now in the past. Leave them there! Focus on what you CAN invest in today and moving forward. Build cash flow because your entire life revolves around cash flow. If you build enough cash flow, you gain total freedom over your time. You won't have to work in your small business, unless you want to. You won't have to go to your 9am-5pm job, unless you want to. I believe in 2026 Bitcoin will go to $130,000 plus per coin! We have liquidity coming back to financial markets in 2026. The outlook is bright. I am hopeful and I expect that 2026 will be a great year for investors. Don't forget to balance your portfolio with LESS risky things like SPYI and QQQI. Keep stacking shares of these ETF's that don't experience any significant share price erosion. They still pay 12% to 14% per year on your money! I hope you had a great 2025. The Navy Seals in their training, get taught how powerful the word "UNTIL" can be. You will fight "until" you can win or escape etc. The same concept is true for investing. It's OK to make mistakes. It's not the end of your life or the world if you mess up. You can keep investing "until" you are eventually successful and ultimately wealthy. What can you do with cash flow? Answer: anything you want. That's what makes it SO POWRFUL. So build your cash flow (your income) weekly and monthly. Your ultimate goal to be a successful investor is: to stay ahead of the TRUE rate of inflation. I do not consider investments unless I can earn at least 14% or MORE per year! Otherwise, it's not worth my time or my money! By staying ahead of the TRUE rate of inflation, you "outrun" the cash debasement that money printing causes. Each time money is "printed" your PURCHASING POWER decreases of ALL the money you have saved/invested. So the interest rate you earn on your money is EXTREMELY important. Stabilize your portfolio with LESS risky assets that have little to no share price erosion. That does not mean you totally avoid high yield/HIGH risk assets like MSTY or ULTY. They have a place in your portfolio. But they should not be your ENTIRE portfolio. You have to balance your portfolio with assets like SPYI and QQQI and CLM etc. I utilize what I call "the cascading waterfall" approach to investing. Have courage today, to pick one thing, and work on your dreams. But I always do "something else" with at least HALF of my dividend money so that I minimize and manage risk. I NEVER put ALL of the dividend money back INTO a high yield/HIGH RISK ETF. Also, good habits like eating a healthy diet and getting enough consistent exercise will reward us over time. Getting proper rest is also equally important. Even God rested on the 7th day(That's what I believe). You are free to choose what you believe. In the same way, with our investments, being consistent, even when markets are down, can reward us over time. ULTY even though it did a reverse split, things didn't change much. If you panic sold, then you very likely took a big loss. I did not sell even ONE share of ULTY. I waited for the reverse split and I monitored the dividend payout. Why? Because my investment goal with ULTY is ONLY to get dividends. It is still paying me a weekly dividend. So I'm good! I own ULTY INSIDE of each of the THREE types of accounts we speak about...1)Regular brokerage account, 2) Traditional IRA account, 3)ROTH IRA account.  I take 1/2 of my dividend money from HIGH yiled/HIGH RISK ETF's like ULTY, and I put that 1/2 into something LESS risky. Why invest in something like ULTY to begin with? Answer: Because the yield is so HIGH. Yield at the time of this recording in December 2025 is 136%!! Where else can you invest money in life and get a return like that? And the ULTY fund invests in stocks like Google, Amazone, Palantir etc. Those are good single stocks to own separately. A little knowledge, meaning INCOMPLETE knowledge can by dangersous to us as investors. Resist the urge to panic sell. Do NOT base your investment decisions based on EMOTION alone. My #1 goal as an investor is NOT to invest for growth, it's to invest BUILD cash flow. Have courage today, to pick one thing, and work on your dreams. I am not concerned that they underwent reverse splits. They are still paying a comparable dividend. I'm invested in those ETF's for one reason..cashflow. That's all I care about. I do NOT care about share price erosion. ULTY and MSTY also pay far HIGHER dividend yields than things like SCHD, JEPI, and VOO. If all you want to earn on your money is 3% to 4% then go invest in SCHD etc. I avoid them because I'm convinced there are better places I put my money to work for me. But do your own research and make your own decisions and accept responsiblity for what you choose to do with your money. I hope you take time this Christmas season. I don't know which "holy-day" or holiday you celeberate. But I wish you health, wealth and happiness in 2026. I always like to spend time at this time of year, with people who are important to me and celebrate what I've accomplished in 2025 and look forward to 2026. As Warren Buffett has said, if you don't find ways to make money while you sleep, then you are destined to work until the day you die. If you can push buttons on your phone, and if you can "pick the bigger number" in terms of yield, ROI etc, then you can handle investing. But of course, you also have to be willing to experience some failure and you have to do your own research and accept responsibility for the results for the money that you invest. We discuss several examples where I detail "realize what you are also saying "yes" to." The most important question to answer, BEFORE, you invest is, "What is my investment goal?" I provide a detailed example of ETF TSYY. Too many people you see on YT are recommending SCHD, VOO, JEPI but the yields from these investments are a underwhelming 1% to 3%. Do you think it's possible to become wealthy investing in things that pay such low ROI? While you are building your wealth, don't forget to take time to exercise and eat a healthy diet.  You want to remain healthy and be healthy enough to enjoy your wealth, once you achieve that goal.
