09/18/24: Joel brings two voices on "News and Views," one that is for, and one that is against Measure 4. Measure 4 essentially would eliminate property taxes in the state of North Dakota. Robert Harms is against the measure, and Rick Becker is a strong supporter of it. Robert Harms worked as an attorney and was the counsel and a legislative analyst for Republican governors Ed Schafer and John Hoeven. He served as the Republican Party chair from 2010 to 2015.
