Justice for Abby and Libby – Richard Allen Sentenced to 130 Years In this episode of The Collier Landry Show, we cover the sentencing of Richard Allen, convicted of the 2017 Delphi Murders of Abigail “Abby” Williams (13) and Liberty “Libby” German (14). An Indiana judge handed Allen a 130-year sentence—65 years for each murder, served consecutively.
