You try to become a feeling and then call it Me.  A feeling that you quickly lose, and then you think you've lost Me.  Notice that I Am.  Notice the I Am,  without keying It up,  without altering It.  Before you try to make It more joyful,  to make It something that It is not,  just notice that It is.  Perfect as It is.  Don't try to make Me better.
