    220. Always Do The Right Thing

    11:43

In today’s Monday Message, Emily talks about doing the right thing and when you don’t, do whatever you need to do to make that wrong right. Since we’re all human, we all have moments that we aren’t proud of. Moments that don’t align with the highest and best version of ourselves. The important thing to do in those situations is to own it, ask for forgiveness, make amends and be better next time. When you allow the past to hold on to you, you’re essentially giving up your freedom to whatever shame or guilt you feel from those moments of wrong-doing. That was the old you and you can’t carry that in your heart, mind and soul any longer. Do whatever you need to do to make it right and forgive yourself. Maybe someone hurt you and you can’t let go of the anger or hurt you feel inside. You are living in your own prison of resentment and bitterness. Again, you have to choose forgiveness. Take inventory of what’s tying you down to your old life, guilt or shame, anger or hurt. Find the root cause, own up to your mistakes, give yourself grace and choose to do better today. Don’t stay stuck. That’s today’s message.    Evolve X Coaching & Mentorship Program APPLY HERE: https://forms.gle/j5YSH44sSsYq961i9  FAQs: https://www.emilyhaydenfitness.com   SUPPORT THE SHOW HERE All my links: https://linktr.ee/emilyhayden Instagram | YouTube  My favorite supplements www.1stphorm.com/EmilyHaydenFitness Bay Breeze music courtesy of the artist, FortyThr33

    216. Is Your Environment Holding You Back?

    8:14

In today’s episode, Emily talks about how important your environment is to evolving. Your environment includes your home, the people in your life, your work place, what you watch or listen to, anything you surround yourself with. Are any of those things holding you back from being the best version of you? How much influence do those things have on your decisions? She also talks about finding your gifts and talents and being intentional about how you bring those things out of you in order to share them with the world. You may not realize that what you’re currently choosing is actually doing the opposite and is killing those gifts and talents. You may be really holding yourself back from success due to your environment being so comfortable for you. Are you scared to leave that comfort? Every day is a gift and it is up to you to live each day to the fullest and to challenge yourself to be better. If you give it you’re all, you will not fail. Don’t stay stuck. Don’t stay predictable. Don’t stay small. Choose better for yourself and go ALL IN ON YOU! Take that leap of faith and it will be what changes the trajectory of your life. Know there’s more out there, it just requires you to take that step forward. Evolving isn’t always pretty or easy. Sometimes you say yes to things, sometimes you say no to things. You have to be willing to struggle and get out of your comfort zone in order to reach the next best version of you. 214. Breaking Self Sufficiency

    11:07

In today’s Monday Message, Emily talks about breaking self sufficiency. The survival instinct in us turns on our self sufficiency in order to get through hard things. We rely only on ourselves to make it through. You may not have had to work through breaking this habit but if you have, you know it can be very difficult. It is important to allow others to step in and help you and show up for you. You may have always felt alone and you continue to battle on your own. You may see asking for help as weak. Of course there’s things and experiences in life we must all do on our own, but there are times when it’s healthy to lean on someone else. We all need someone to listen to us, encourage us, support us and when we don’t lean into those relationships we will always rely on ourselves which isn’t always a good thing. Leaning on a friend, a family member and God can help us get through the hardest moments in life and sometimes helps us get through them sooner than we would if we relied on just ourselves. We don’t want to focus too much on what’s wrong in our lives so it’s so important to allow others to lift us up and to move forward. Protect your focus and be intentional about it. Allow others to show up for you. That’s today's message.   SUPPORT THE SHOW HERE Coaching & Mentorship: https://linktr.ee/evolvex  All my links: https://linktr.ee/emilyhayden Instagram | YouTube  My favorite supplements www.1stphorm.com/EmilyHaydenFitness Bay Breeze music courtesy of the artist, FortyThr33

    213. How To Conquer 2022

    34:47

Happy New Year everyone! Welcome to the first episode of 2022. We at the show hope you all had an amazing new year celebration and are feeling really grateful for this fresh start. For Emily, 2021 was a ton of lessons learned and major changes which brings challenges. However, she also feels very blessed for so many things the year brought her as well. She begins the show going back to the start of last year and goes into some of the challenges and blessings she experienced. For one, she got an amazing opportunity to work on a Netflix film set training the main actress. That was such a huge deal for her but it brought some struggles as well. She had to be quarantined the entire time and tested every other day for covid and it was a very difficult time for her personally with her physical and mental health. Emily talks about how she dove into EMDR therapy and had to pull out of her prep because she was dealing with hormone issues, which was taking a huge toll on her. Emily emphasizes that dealing with past trauma or health issues is the key to becoming the best and most excellent version of yourself and it will make a world of difference for you. Emily finally made it back home to Texas in April of 2021 and was just so thankful to be in her new home. She hit the ground running with the podcast and was putting out so many amazing episodes every week. She talks about setting big goals in order to inspire taking action to achieve them. What are the small steps you can take today to get you to that overall goal? It requires taking steps every single day. Emily got to do a lot of traveling this year, which means she got to meet so many new people and create new relationships. She talks about taking a chance on love and learning a lot of lessons when that relationship ended. She talks about how important it is to lean into your relationships with your friends in the hard times. Emily found immense peace after praying and handing over her hardships to God and leaning on her girlfriends. Listen to hear what’s next for 2022 and get some tips on goal setting.
