Ben explains how he pushed through patellar tendon pain, risking his knee health for a shot at winning and a guaranteed spot in the upcoming FIBA 3x3 contest. He shares how adrenaline masked the damage on day one, how he adapted his dunk plan mid-contest, and why stepping back wasn’t an option. Dylan and Ben also walk through the unique contest format, the challenges of using FIBA balls, and the mental pressure of being labeled the favorite.
