SHIELD: Case Files: Hawkeye #103 "Echoes"

It's a slumber party Ouija trial for Agatha and the coven. And they have conjured the ghost of Agatha's mother, who is not happy. After some threats and possession, an all out battle commences, but it doesn't go too well for one of our traveling band of witches. This is making Teen a bit grumpy because he is coming to realize Agatha may be as selfish as everyone warned him. Jay and Josh want to know if there are "any spirits in the room with us tonight, and if so, can you grab us some drinks?" on SHIELD: Case Files.

The coven must continue down the road, despite Sharon's death. Now they must face a trial of fire and Alice's dark family history. In this very groovy house, the witches face a curse that threatens to burn them all if they don't find a way to destroy it. Alice's skills help, but they all get a little beaten up. Even Teen, who is thrown through a window. But Agatha realizes what they must do, and all it will take is a little Rock n Roll. Jay and Josh are diggin' their new bell bottoms on SHIELD: Case Files.

Agatha's coven is off and running on the Witches' Road. It doesn't take them long to find the first trial. It's a potions trial that Jen will have to solve after all the women are poisoned by the wine. Mrs. Hart is the first to fall victim and they'll have to find all the ingredients in the mysterious beach house before she dies, along with the rest of them. Put the band together to walk the Witches' Road! Now that Agatha knows she is going to be hunted by the Salem Seven, she decides to find some witches to form a makeshift coven to give her the ability to get there. She finds three that she's willing to take, and one more that might be sufficient. They manage to gain access right before the danger arrives and begin their journey. After three long years, Agatha Harkness can finally break free of the Scarlet Witch's spell that trapped her in a false Westview. But she's not very happy that Wanda stole her powers in the process. When an old rival shows up to take her revenge for old wounds, Agatha convinces her to leave her alone until after she gets her powers back. Now she must travel an ancient and dangerous road with a few companions in order to get her life back. Jay and Josh are back and won't stop until they solve this case and insult everyone in Westview on SHIELD: Case Files.

Kingpin won't take Maya's no for an answer. Since she refused to return with him, he is going to destroy her family, her town, and her life. Fisk's men get ready to destroy the upcoming Pow Wow while the big man himself kidnaps Chula and Bonnie. May dons her new Echo outfit that Chula made for her and prepares for the fight of her life. Channeling her powerful ancestors, she takes on the dangerous crime boss and his men. Jay and Josh join the fight so they can get a corn dog at the Pow Wow on the season finale of SHIELD: Case Files.

Now that Kingpin has revealed to Maya that he is very much alive, he does what he does best; intimidate! He claims to Maya that all is forgiven and asks her to come back to New York with him. This turn of events causes her to have the most intense visions yet, which leads her straight to Chula. Despite her grandmother's explanation of the intense feelings she was having when Maya's mother died, Maya is upset that she chose herself over her granddaughter. Now Maya has to choose between Fisk, family, or herself. Jay and Josh both use hi-tech contacts to try to understand what each other are saying on SHIELD: Case Files.

Maya's plan to destroy a shipment of Kingpins went according to plan. So why is everything crashing down on her all of a sudden? She's having visions of her strong ancestors. Chula and Bonnie both know she's in town, and both have strong feelings about it. She's without a good leg after hers was crushed. And to top off her day, Vickie the skate cleaner kidnaps her and holds her at the skating rink until Fisk's men arrive. Maya has a plan to start her war with Kingpin. With the help of her cousin Biscuits she gathers some equipment and hijacks a train with Fisk's weapons. For the most part the plan goes well, but her artificial leg is damaged. She goes to Skully to get it repaired, but her effort to lay low in town is becoming impossible to continue. Get to know Echo, aka Maya Lopez, as we begin the series that will tell of her dark origins. Because of the unfortunate death of her mother and her father's criminal dealings, Maya Lopez was forced to grow strong and smart throughout her life. Despite not being able to hear, and losing a leg in a car accident that killed her mother, she has become a confident woman.
