S2 E5 - Exclusive tips from an Estate Agent - How to make offers on property and more, with special guest Rachel Ollington

In this episode, I interview Rachel Ollington, an Estate Agent and working Mum who is breaking the moulds of her industry.

Rachel and I spoke openly about her journey to Estate Agency, from leaving school to launching her own Estate Agency practice, and how hard it can be to be a Mum who wants to be there for her children while building her own business. We also talk about Rachel's passion for first time buyers, and why her own teenagers and daughter has driven her to educate more on this topic!

Rachel says "With over 23 years experience working within the property industry for independent, corporate and online estate agencies as well as working with property investors and qualifying as a mortgage broker, I have recently become a mumprenuer starting my own personal estate agency business to try and steer the service away from targets, figures and KPI's and make the process about the people and their properties. With my eldest daughter coming up to 20, I have a huge passion now more than ever for helping first time buyers get on the property ladder by giving them education and tools they need to maybe think outside the box to make that happen."
