A powerful reminder that came through during this coaching call was the reminder of INCLUSION. The law of attraction is all about inclusion. This means that whatever you focus on (whether you want the thing or not), you INCLUDE it in your vibrational field, and thus attract it into your reality. This topic left my coaching call with a literal mouth drop, so be sure to listen in and pay extra close attention to what you are including in your vibrational field. With time, not only does this become the most repelling energy in the world, but it’s also the most detrimental energy for your self-concept.​ Think about a clingy girlfriend who is constantly nagging her boyfriend, dumping her trauma on him, being skeptical about him, getting mad if he's out with friends, etc. That energy is REPELLING.
