The Acolyte 01 x 03: Is Star Wars Really Broken?

In this conversation, my friend Gus from Triad of the Force and I discuss our thoughts on various Star Wars shows, including The Mandalorian, Obi-Wan Kenobi, and Andor. We explore the idea of storytelling in shorter episodes and seasons, and how it affects the overall narrative. We also touch on the importance of catering to different types of fans and the challenges of balancing fan expectations with creative choices. We discuss the structure and pacing of shows, the importance of flashbacks, and the need for emotional twists rather than plot twists. Fortunately or unfortunately we also touch on the toxic nature of fandom and the entitlement some fans feel towards the franchise.
