Ann tells us the frustration she had even though she knew she could do more and was stuck in the past and the feeling that there was no future. In addition, Ann describes what she needed to deal with to move on. She wants to share her story to inspire others and take action. The first thing you need to do is to take action, do something about it, and just be consistent in working for a better version of yourself.

Someone's called for an adventure, they don't want to go, they get a coach. The coach is like “Come on, let's go on this journey”. They face things that are difficult.
