The Premier League 25/26 season officially came to an end, with a bit of a whimper on the final day as most of the major stories were already wrapped up and the potential big stories...didn't happen.Spurs survived in the end as Everton for the second time in a month cost Premier League Hate Watchers around the world a very funny scenario.Arsenal were finally crowned champions, after a relentless 'will they, won't they' season. We genuinely never thought we'd see the day but Mikel Arteta's Arsenal are the Premier League champions.As the streets of London filled with people weeping and celebrating in pure joy, it was a nice reminder that football doesn't need to be as hateful and miserable as it has gotten over the last few seasons.Is this the beginning of the Arsenal dynasty? We have our doubts.Aston Villa won the Europa League much to the joy of Prince William in the stands. And even though it was nice to see them win, you can't help but think there is a major issue in the Europa and Conference League at the moment.As World Cup squads start to be announced, there were some rumours about big names being left out of the England camp. But the real story, is just how excited the average Brazilian is to have Neymar in their squad.Support the show

In classic No Nonsense fashion we managed to record an episode JUST before Arsenal were confirmed champions, but even before that happened this was one of the more newsworthy weeks in football history it felt like. With so much news that we had to implement a timer to make sure we hit everything.While Arsenal were squeezing the life out of Burnley, Peter Drury broke the news to Sky viewers everywhere that Pep Guardiola is apparently leaving Man City at the end of this season, something which we've been talking about since September.As Arne Slot talked up the fact his Liverpool side managed to score 2 goals in a 4-2 loss to Aston Villa, Mo Salah took to his socials to once again slam the manager, the standards of the club and definitely not just try and make himself out to be the star of the show.Some managerial merry go round across Europe as Xabi Alonso was announced as new Chelsea manager for next season, much to the chagrin of Liverpool fans everywhere. Meanwhile, José Mourinho has been appointed ringmaster of the Real Madrid circus.In the Scottish league, Celtic managed to snatch the title from Hearts at the very last second in one of the more heartbreaking title losses in history.Support the show

It felt fitting that the season seems to have boiled down to a disallowed goal over players hassling the Arsenal goalkeeper at a corner.Was it a free? Should Arsenal have been punished for similar (but different) crimes throughout the season? Is it really what's going to relegate West Ham? Is it the end of football as we know it?If Arsenal do go on to win the league and potentially a historic double with the Champions League as well, it will be interesting to see how a team that doesn't seem to be that highly rated will be probably the greatest in the clubs history.We try and work out what has caused the rise of the 'watchalong' and what are the logistics of even trying to actually watchalong with a game.Support the show

The league is now back in Arsenal's hands after 30 minutes of madness saw Man City only managing a 3-3 draw against Everton.In one of the most un-Pep like games of all time, City totally lost their heads, relied on low percentage moments of magic and had their fans walk out and then immediately come back.Morgan Gibbs White suffered a nasty head injury, which was immediately plastered in extremely graphic detail on instagram feeds everywhere.Spurs are now OUT of the relegation zone and it's looking like things are turning against West Ham as B-teams and beach football has quickly become the decider for who gets relegated this season.Cunha added a few elements to his surfing celebration as Man United secured Champions League football with a win over Liverpool, there was some other celebration news we weren't too pleased with however.Support the show

Arsenal are still right in this title race and it looks like they will be right up to the absolutely crushing bitter end.Another 1-0 tense slog saw them get a much needed 3 points from Newcastle.Leeds unfortunately played a totally different Chelsea team to the past few weeks as they are now in the mood to try win again now that Rosenior is gone.As Xavi Simons jumped up and down on his ruptured ACL, Spurs fans couldn't help but think that maybe someone is to blame for their incredible run of injuries this season.Support the show

It was "The Big One" as Arsenal took on Man City, and as predicted Man City are now the ones who look to be steamrolling their way to an unexpected title.Arsenal can take solace in the fact that they turned up and gave it a go. Although Arsenal fans should probably be annoyed that it took until now.A potential huge moment in the season went by without incident also as Gabriel escaped with just a yellow card for a textbook "headbutt" that is the most certain red card you ever see. And even Haaland admits if he had gone down it would have been red.Spurs looked to finally be escaping the clutches of relegation as they went 2-1 up, but just like Richarlison in the past, they seemed to forget the game wasn't over.Support the show

As boos rang out in the Emirates, it felt like we all knew what is about to come.Should Arsenal fans be 'getting behind the team?' Or should Arsenal not be making the club so easy to make fun of?As Arsenal's season is starting to fall off the tracks, Man City are lapping it up and soaking in the April sunshine.Things went from worst to unimaginable for Spurs as they now sit 18th with just a handful of games to go.A very weird season for Man United continued as due to being on an extended no competitions to play in break, the club flew over to Ireland to promote next season's pre-season.Support the show
