In this episode we are joined by coaches Mike Tuchscherer and John Garafano of Reactive Training Systems.  Mike is credited with bringing RPE to the lifting community so when we wanted to do an episode on what RPE is all about, we knew they were our guys.

We discuss what RPE is, how it works, common misconceptions about it, how to get started using it, and who should definitely NOT be using RPE in their training.  Jen also fills us in on some similarities and differences in how she regulates her training.
