Trying to get off grid, Kate takes them to her Aunt's apartment where she can rest and patch up her battle scars. Meanwhile Clint tries to recover the Ronin suit. While unsuccessful, he has a LARPer lead on where the Ronin suit may have gone. The next day Clint returns to his hotel and sends his children back home, promising to return home by Christmas day. When Shaun foils an attack on him on their bus journey to work, Katy learns he's been hiding a secret. His name is Shang not Shaun and he's the son of Wenwu the ancient and feared leader of The Ten Rings. Over the course of time Wenwu has harnessed the deadly power of a weapon known as The Ten Rings. Shang-Chi, and Katy travel to Macau to locate Shang-Chi's sister, Xialing, to warn her of a potential attack on her. Xialing refuses to listen to Shang. Welcome back fellow Defenders. We're back in the cinema with the 26th movie in the MCU and our Marvel's Eternals Movie discussion. Synopsis for our Eternals Movie Review Spoiler filled Podcast Directed By - Chloé Zhao Screenplay by - Chloé Zhao, Patrick Burleigh, Ryan Firpo and Kaz Firpo Story by - Ryan Firpo and Kaz Firpo Based on characters by - Jack Kirby In 5000 BC a group of Eternal warriors, Ajak, Ikaris, Sersi, Sprite, Thena, Druig, Gilgamesh, Kingo, Makkari and Phastos were sent to earth by the Celestial being Arishem. Their mission is to protect humans from violent Deviants but not interfere with human progress. Over millennia they fight this battle, and eventually establish a stronghold where they live together in Babylon. Two of the Eternals, Ikaris and Sersi fall in love and marry. By 1521, at Tenochtitlan, the capital of the Aztec Empire, the Eternals finally defeated the last Deviant on Earth. In the aftermath of this victory, Thena is afflicted with Mahd Wy’ry, a disease that releases the memories of all of her previous lives. She can not control her power and attacks the Eternals. Gilgamesh calms Thena and agrees to watch over her instead of wiping her mind. With their mission seemingly complete, their leader, Ajak, releases the rest from their obligations to go out in the world and live lives until Arishem calls upon them. But Druig, who has the power of mind control, is angry that he’s not allowed to use these powers to prevent conflict between humans and separates from all the rest. In present day London, Sersi and Eternal teenager Sprite are attacked by a new, more powerful Deviant. With the help of Ikaris they drive away the monster and set out to find their leader Ajak who has been murdered by the Deviant. As Sersi stays by Ajak’s side a golden orb passes from Ajak to her, as she is chosen as the new leader of the team. She contacts Arishem, Sersi learns the truth. The All-Father Odin is entering his rejuvenating Odin-Sleep leaving Thor in charge of Asgard.  His mother Frigga takes the chance to go and visit her sisters, so Thor decides to party somewhere outside of the view of stoic watcher Heimdal. They settle on Las Vegas in Midgard and travel there for the party of the universe. While monitoring for intergalactic signals, Jane Foster and her research assistant Darcy track the party prince and get brought in to his celebrations. As things get more festive Thor falls for Jane and Darcy marries the space travelling Howard the Duck. But with Nick Fury in hospital after being denied entry to the shindig, S.H.I.E.L.D. agents Maria Hill, Phil Coulson and Brock Rumlow are unable to stop the spread across the earth and, worrying the planet will be destroyed they call in the biggest gun they have; Captain Marvel. He is joined by Loki Laufeyson and his fellow frost giants. Thor’s brother from another mother also knows how to party on a grand scale but as it spirals out of control Jane Foster does the only thing she knows to do to stop it. She calls Thor’s mother Frigga.  Frigga leaves immediately to discipline Thor but he’s learned his lesson and cleans up the Earth before she gets there.  As Thor invites Jane out on a date before he returns with Frigga to Asgard, a portal opens and Ultron Sentries spill out, followed by sentient robot Vision in possession of all six infinity stones. Episode 6 Synopsis Executive Produced by: Bryan Andrews, A.C. Bradley, Brad Winderbaum with Kevin Feige Head Writer: A.C. Bradley Episode Written by: Matthew Chauncey Episode Directed By: Bryan Andrews One rescue can change a universe! On a visit to Afghanistan in 2008 Tony Stark is rescued from an attack by Lieutenant Eric Stevens, codename Killmonger. Killmonger uncovered a plot by Stark Industries COO Obadiah Stane to remove Tony from the company. Erik is rewarded for his discovery with the role of COO as Stane is arrested. Working together the killer leaders create an automated combat drone led by JARVIS’ A.I. and powered by vibranium from Wakanda. In order to create an army of these soldiers they make a deal with Ulysses Klaw using Lieutenant James Rhodes to hide their involvement. Black Panther arrives to break up the deal and retrieve the stolen vibranium from Klaw, but Killmonger is waiting and executes both James Rhodes and T’Challa. He returns to Stark Industries and kills Tony Stark blaming his murder on retaliation from the Wakandans. Killmonger gains access to Wakanda by using Ulysses Klaw but kills him and offers him up to the Dora Milaje in return for a meeting with King T’Chaka. Erik reveals he is the lost nephew of T’Chaka and wants his place in their society. With the US and Wakanda on the precipice of war, the US creates the robot army and sends them to the outskirts of the hidden city. Killmonger convinces the Wakandan leaders to allow the army in, cutting off their connection to external satellites. As the Wakandan’s defeat the robot army, T’Chaka selects Erik Killmonger as the next Black Panther.
