Today, I want to share my personal experiences with ascesis and just how much it has been helping me on my spiritual path. I have been doing an ascesis for the entire time I’ve been writing my book series, The Rose Codes, and I’ve just agreed to do another ascesis for a year with guidance from my spiritual team, starting this September, to help expand my channel.
