I’ve spent a lifetime believing that love was conditional; that it depended on my behavior. Love was available to me only if I had earned it or I deserved it by being a good/worthy person. However, this belief feels outdated to me and frankly, too heavy. Our beliefs are powerful things. What if believing that love is conditional, makes it conditional for me? Maybe it’s time to update my belief system that love is unconditional? What would life look like if this belief were my truth instead? Would it be easier for me to receive the love that is all around me?

What are your beliefs about Love? Is it conditional in your life? Are you blocking yourself from receiving love because of your beliefs? And if so, maybe it’s time to change your belief that love is unconditional.
