Decisions are a fork in the road. A pivot. 

Do you always want to make the “best“ decision?   

Do you spend time, energy, and lots of angsty emotion weighing your options?

Do you think the “best” decision is the one that has the "best" outcome? 

Do decisions torment you?

Mindfulness creates a clear lens of the circumstances and the actual choices.  It helps you recognize when excessive rumination is preventing a decision from being made and it allows you to recognize when a decision needs to be made.

You can choose to have your own back and be at peace with a decision you made- no matter the outcome.  

If you feel conflicted, it is normal.   

"Of course" regret, doubt, conflict, fear, and anxiety, come up--because you are human.
