Hello to you listening in Vijayawada, India!

Coming to you from Whidbey Island, Washington this is 60 Seconds for Story Prompt Friday.

We each have a singularly exceptional life to live because it is our one life; but, you have to want to live it!

His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama wrote “There is only 1 important point you must keep in your mind, and let it be your guide. No matter what people call you, you are just who you are. Keep to this truth. You must ask yourself: how is it you want to live your life. We live and we die; this is the truth we can only face alone. No one can help us, not even the Buddha. So, consider carefully: what prevents you from living the way you want to live your life?

Story Prompt: Take stock of how you’re living your one precious life. Intentionally examine it. Ask yourself what prevents you from living the life you want to live. What will you do to bring it about? Write that story!

Practical Tip: The magic of stories is also in the sharing. If you wish share your story with someone or something.   All that matters is you have a story.

60 Seconds is your daily dose of hope, imagination, wisdom, stories, practical tips, and general riffing on this and that. This is the place to thrive together. Come for the stories - stay for the magic.
