An arrest, a foot chase, and four flat tires. On September 30th, 2009 Vincent Rowell took a dump truck from the Jefferson County Lot.  Spike strips were deployed and the truck rolled to a stop, after a foot chase Vincent was arrested by Sumiton County Police.  He was eventually transferred to the Walker County Jail and approximately a week later he was found deceased in his cell. The medical examiner ruled his death accidental due to an automobile crash, but there’s no record of a wreck? What really happened to Vincent? Why are so many people dying at the Walker County Jail? A mental health crisis, a death, and a coverup. On January 12th, 2023 Walker County Deputies were called to the home of 33-year-old Anthony “Tony” Mitchell for a welfare check. He was arrested and booked in the county jail. Two weeks later, on January 26th, 2023, he was taken to Baptist Hospital and later pronounced deceased. The doctor who treated him said he died from hypothermia.  Sheriff Nick Smith and Public Information Officer TJ Armstrong claimed Tony was alert and conscious when he left the jail. However leaked video surveillance from inside the jail told a different story. An inadvertent photograph, an unexpected visitor, and something left behind at the scene. In 2018 19-year-old Logan Willis was found deceased at his home in Bremen, Georgia. His death was initially ruled a suicide by Haralson County Investigators.  But after a thorough investigation by Private Investigator, Lee Wilson of Southeast Legal Investigation and Detection things just weren’t adding up. A murder, a move to Atlanta, and the arrest. In 2020 a former member of Carbon Nation, Mariya Kelly, stabbed her mother in their Cape Coral, Florida home. Nature Boy claimed this had nothing to do with Carbon Nation and Mariya had left the group but her online activity showed otherwise. Trees, poop, and immortality. Eligio Lee Bishop was born in Harlem, New York. After some legal trouble in his youth, he went on to own a successful barbershop. His success didn’t bring him happiness. In 2016 after a “spiritual awakening” he packed up and left everything behind, moved to Central America and changed his name to Nature Boy. Through his social media he urged others to allow him to be their “guide out of the hell realm." Soon followers began to join him in Central America and the cult known as Carbon Nation was born. A Walmart receipt, a guilty plea, and pencils. Emani Gabrielle Moss was born on April 23rd, 2003. Her life was rocky from the start.  In 2009 her father married a woman named Tiffany. Things went from bad to worse. Multiple calls were made to the Department of Families and Children in Gwinnett County, Georgia and Tiffany Moss eventually pled guilty to child cruelty and Emani was removed from her father’s care. Six months later DFCS reunified the family. That reunification would spark a string of events that ended in the 10-year-old’s brutal murder.
