Jay's advice for guides that want to become a Grand Canyon River Guide:

  1. Take care of yourself
  2. Work as a team (save your back!)
  3. Don't bite off the biggest piece of the pie (stick to your duties and don't overdo it)
  4. Durability and Longevity
