New Hampshire is getting a women's tackle football team! Coach Milhomme and Kaci Panarelli join Cleat Sheets to share more about the upcoming 2022 season, where they will field a New Hampshire-based team (@NewEnglandCrush on Instagram) for the Women's Football Alliance. In 2021, Coach Mil has already led his team through a multi-game exhibition season and is hard at work growing his roster for their first official season. Kaci, a former collegiate softball player, shares what it's like building team culture from the ground up.

When the interview ends, Moose and Redwood finally address the 800-pound gorilla in the room. Our producer makes us cry and provides us with the outro to end all outros.

Note: We will be recording a final episode immediately after Championship weekend followed by a brief hiatus to prepare for season two. We are so grateful to our new subscribers and look forward to expanding our content this fall!
