This is the cutest, ooey-gooey-est episode of affirmations I've ever recorded. I had so much fun with this Matrix-inspired episode. Here are the affirmations: I am awake now (not awakening, awakened). I remember now. I feel my power coursing through my Being. My will is strong, my mind is clear, my heart is light, my Body is healthy. I am free, I set myself free. I can see the memories from my past, but the pain is gone. All I know is I survived. Must mean I'm bigger, tougher and stronger than the problem. The problems of the past didn't last, but I did. Now, I see -- the lessons, the messages, the reality of my own resilience. God is in me, with me, always has been. I'm Spirit's very own. Blessed.
