Keith Allen is the creator of the 🎶 Kristopher Mendoza 🎶 jingle, a WTM vet, and one of the most talented people you will ever meet.

Keith joins Will to talk about meeting at Taco Bell, his past career as a professional musician, and the time he got 60 miles at World's Toughest Mudder and should have gone back out for 65. Five years later he still regrets not getting one more lap in.

Keith is launching a new "Custom WTM Songs" service. If you want Keith to write a song for you about your WTM 2021 experience with your milage and your story, reach out to him on Instagram.

HEADS UP: This episode isn't for the kiddos. There are a few grown-up words in the conversation.

You won't hear this talk with Keith Allen anywhere else. After you're done head to Lovethepodcast.com/Tough and leave a review for the show. We appreciate it!
