Simon Sinek says leadership is a lot like parenting. You have to want to be a leader, just like you have to want to be a parent. Everyone can be one, but that doesn't mean everyone wants to be and it doesn't mean everyone should be. That quote got me thinking just how much leadership and parenting have in common. In this episode, we'll look at a few more similarities between those two responsibilities so many of us share.
