The holidays can be joyful but for many it can be a stressful time. For Leaders, the holidays can be stressful during normal times. The current stress Leaders are facing at the end of this fiscal year is unprecedented. Some hard decisions have been made and news will break over the next 30 days. How do Leaders anchor themselves during such turbulent times? The answer is surprisingly simple. In this episode, Dr. Kim speaks with Sue Shibley. Sue Shibley is a Mindfulness, Wellness and Somatic Life Coach who helps others to live their Purpose, and realize the gifts they bring to the world.

About Sue: Sue Shibley is a Mindfulness, Wellness and Somatic Life Coach, known for her compassion and understanding in building a deep and trusting relationship with her clients. Sue was born in Ontario Canada. She attended the University of Western Ontario Canada, where she met her husband of close to forty years. Together they built successful businesses in The Turks and Caicos Islands, and Dallas, Texas. More of Sue’s international experience began when her husband, Brian, was offered an opportunity in Dubai, UAE. Embracing the culture and acting as ambassador to other Ex-patriots, Sue became The Parent Liaison at the Five-Star, State of the Art GEMS World Academy, International Baccalaureate School. Her position quickly grew to overseeing the Front Office Office Operations and School Registration. When the school opened in August 2008, she and her team had successfully enrolled 450 students, representing 60 countries from around the world. In 2012 Sue became a certified True Colors Facilitator, which gave her the opportunity to coach schools and business leaders to better understand personality traits, and be more effective in their communication skills and improve team cooperation. In 2016 she began studies at The Mindfulness Coaching School where she gained Mindfulness, Somatic and Wellness Coaching knowledge and tools which lead to her lifestyle change of incorporating Mindfulness and Meditation into a daily practice. In the winter of 2019 she obtained her Associate Coaching Certificate on the path to receiving her Professional Coaching Certificate, and will receive her Mindfulness, Somatic and Wellness Coach Certificate at the end of November 2020. Sue currently lives in Dallas, Texas, coaching clients remotely in countries all over the world, eagerly building her Coaching business and supporting her colleagues.
