In the summer of 1971, Copenhagen reels from the brutal murder of 8-year-old Connie Jacobsen, plunging Denmark into a nationwide manhunt. The case turns cold with no leads or motives until a strikingly similar murder occurs years later, both victims sharing the name "Connie." This chilling coincidence resurrects the investigation, unearthing a series of unsettling clues and questionable police methods from the past.
