St. Paul Police say a woman who was shot and killed in an alley Wednesday evening in the Lowertown neighborhood was the victim of random violence. Nearly eight in 10 Minnesotans have moderate to high confidence of an accurate vote count in the November election. That's according to a new Minnesota Poll.
