EP7: Seeing in the Dark with Andreas Fleps

In this episode we introduce Andreas Fleps, a poet & beautiful friend, whose debut collection of poetry, "Well into the Night," reached into the darkest places within us only to reveal the beauty that remains, the fragments that persist, the love that endures. We talk about our journeys through mental illness with the powerful tools of poetry and humor lighting our path. Andreas not only shares some of his poems, but he also gives us a glimpse into the tenderness of his heart as he offers a glimmer of hope for the mystery we will face as the future unfolds.
