Richard Blagrove is a lecturer in physiology whom specialises in strength and conditioning for long distance runners.

He has provided coaching support to numerous athletes and Olympians. He is the author of the 2015 book 'Strength and Conditioning for Endurance Runners’ and has spoken at multiple events and Universities across the country.
