Because cycle syncing is the best way to lose weight, be healthy, and understand yourself without feeling frustrated or shame. There are days I feel like super mom and others I feel like I am on the struggle bus. And while I navigate tough weeks as a work from home mom - I also understand why my mind and body responds to things differently based on what phase I am in.
