Weekly Routine - a typical week for me!
30:23I know every mom has a crazy routine and schedule that is specific for her! And I know with kids activities, work, life, making meals, groceries, and taking care of your home as moms we have a lot on our plate. My weekly plan is something that has taken my a while to get into a groove with and I don't share this to say this is what you need to do. I share it to talk through how I prioritize my health, fitness, home, family, and things that are important to me. Sometimes my week goes smoothly and sometimes I get a lot of curveballs and the week does not run as smooth as what I talk about.
