Welcome back to 13 ways to make moving your body consistently EASY part 2, if you haven’t yet listen to part 1 I highly recommend going back and listening to that episode either before or after this one. Moving your body consistently can be hard — whether you’re just not motivated or you don’t have the energy, or life just feels way to busy.
