Gui Costin is the Founder and CEO of Dakota, a leading financial, software, data, and media company based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Under his leadership, Dakota launched Dakota Marketplace, a premier database of institutional investors trusted by over 6,000 fundraisers and more than 1,400 global investment firms.
Before his entrepreneurial journey, Gui earned a Bachelor of Science in Rhetoric and Communications from the University of Virginia. He began his career in Philadelphia’s financial sector, working with several prominent firms before founding Dakota in 2006.
Today, Gui is recognized for his innovative approach to connecting fundraisers and investment firms, and for building solutions that streamline the fundraising process across the financial industry.
