AirGo is partnering with friend of the show and self-appointed honorary cohost Eve Ewing to present Black Freedom Conversations, a suite featuring Eve in conversation with Black scholars toward collective Black liberation and learning. Each episode corresponds to lectures given by the featured scholar, which are available for free at www.blackfreedomlectures.org/.
The fifth and final episode features Eve in conversation with Moya Bailey, an African American feminist scholar, writer, and activist, notable for coining the term misogynoir, which describes a specific form of discrimination experienced by black women. Bailey is an associate professor at Northwestern University.
