Donna is the UK & Ireland's Lead coach & mentor for In-House Lawyers.
Born in Northern Ireland Donna moved to England in 2003 to qualify as a specialist construction & engineering solicitor (now former solicitor). Working across major FTSE companies Donna has a range of experience in not alone legal strategy, but also in transformation, improvement, process & people strategy.
She qualified as a coach & mentor with IAPC&M & now specialises in transforming In-House Lawyers & Teams to increase their impact.
Donna has founded the ILLP the In-House Lawyers' Leadership Programme in 2020 to coach & mentor In Housee Lawyers to increase their core Leadership Qualities. Donna says it gives you the underlying skills to manifest these 'adjectives' that we hear others describe Leaders such as Empathy, Influence.
Donna also has worked with Global In-House Legal Teams to transform the Teams' position within the companires they work in - on a consultancy basis.
Her mission is to provide others with skills to transform stress, worry & frustration with possibilities & opportunity.
