Discussion Topic - When to compromise the fundamentals of your one-shot?

Iron GM Segment - The players are all different staff members of a rural urgent care clinic on the graveyard shift. A critically injured person walks in, and collapses on the floor face down. Upon turning them over, the PCs discover it is actually an alien who has been shot in the chest.
