Happy 2023!  As we kick off a new year, it's natural to think about what we want to do differently going forward. For me, I want to return to some habits that promote work/life balance and I'm activitely working to shift some of my mindsets by using affirmations.  Somewhere along the way I got out of the affirmation habit (I really stopped doing my whole morning routine in general) and while it was fine for awhile, I'm definitely noticing it now.
