Graduate consultant to start up founder: how Sarah pivoted in her early twenties to launch a vegan cheese biz
One of Instagram's Top 25 Under 25 Female Entrepreneurs! In this episode I am chatting with Sarah, founder of the world's first oat cream cheese. Sarah pivoted from a successful start in her career in management consulting to starting her business after going vegan and realising there were limited nut-free, coconut free options out there that actually tasted good. From there, Compassion Creamery was born - made using traditional dairy cheese making methods, it's currently available at cafes and restaurants.
