(Group Learning Program) - Chapter 16 - Dissolving the Ego: Ego Serves No Purpose

Our ego is a collection of experiences from the past and our future expectations of ourselves. Ego is the accumulation of thoughts, ideas, and perceptions that we have of our self image and self identity. The ego will contain arrogance, pride, judge others, and measure and compare itself as superior or inferior to others.

Dissolving the ego can be one of the hardest and most difficult aspects in the pursuit of Enlightenment. So its best to start learning to dissolve the ego early in your practice while ensuring to deeply explore this topic with the guidance of a Teacher.

In this Podcast, David will share Teachings to help you understand what is the ego, how it causes massive problems in your life, and how to eliminate the ego from the mind on The Path to Enlightenment.
